What lishwiener doesn't like about Al Bacco:
Although this was recommended by a staff member at our hotel we would call this one, by comparison to the other places we ate at , average. However, this is for locals and for tourists and so if you are after a relaxed meal and not feel that you are in the hub of all things touristy it may be great for you. the courtyard is lovely and the service for us on the day was ok. I went to get a prosecco with a friend in this restaurant and eventually we stopped at dinner after trying the cod made with aperitif. the restaurant is inviting and is located right next to the foundation of the ormesini in cannaregio. We ate some delicious tuna turtles and rain salad. after sharing a rich risotto with the rock. We spent the right time for a friendly evening.
Very good food, its price worth. nice service, which kindly takes on the use of the kche that it can eat, but it takes for the many gste at least 30 minutes. quiet sitting on the canal, also snowy garden behind the house. really recommended, not far away in the trubel.
In October, we have the tradition of giving us a fish dinner in Venice. because our favorite restaurant was in full, recommended by a friend from venessian doc, we experienced this tavern. the place is far from the standard tourist itineraries, and you get from Piazzale roma crossing the ghetto, which in the evening has a dreamy atmosphere with the lights of the synagogues lit. The tavern is on the foundations, with tables on the channel: but we have supper in a magnificent inner courtyard with a very old pergola of lives. the rooms are very well maintained and clean, the excellent cuisine: the cutters to the bùsara compete with those of “De Toni” a grade (i.e.: they are at the top of the triveneto), also the simple spaghetti to the clams are delicious. to try also the appetizer of the house, with capasanta, sarda in saòr, various crostini. good prosecco, excellent tiramisu. we did not take the second, total 30€ per head, I would say honest to be in venezia, for the quality of the kitchen and the discreet warmth of the room. to try really

Nice location tables on the lagoon, romantic, dinner to couple very good dishes and staff at hand and courteous , value for money I would say more than on average if you happen a tour of venezia is a stop to not miss for the good gooses!
