Ristoranti L'alcova - VENEZIA

Ho alloggiato di recente, per una breve vacanza a Venezia insieme a mia moglie  in questo splendido hotel che si affaccia sul Canal Grande. Ho potuto godere di una elegante struttura storica di alto livello dotata di camere spaziose e pulite e di ampi bagni.Personale molto professionale, gentile e disponibile. Una menzione particolare merita Andrea, fantastico  responsabile del ristorante! Lo consiglio.

Un luogo magnifico ed una accoglienza fantastica. Grazie all'attenzione del direttore generale, Lorenza, ed alle premure dello staff coordinato da Elisabetta è stato possibile realizzare il I festival delle felicità in una atmosfera rilassata, famigliare ma pregna di bellezza.

Sono stato qui per cena con la mia ragazza e siamo rimasti molto colpiti dalla disponibilità del personale e dalla qualità del ristorante. Rapporto qualità-prezzo molto buono (siamo pur sempre a Venezia), piatti non abbondanti ma pur sempre decenti nelle porzioni. Consigliato!

We were greeted by very friendly staff when we arrived via water taxi--my favorite part of arriving in Venice. We had a beautiful suite right on the Grand Canal. We were very excited at first, but that soured throughout our first night as the noise never stopped. The room was on the first level, just above where our taxi had dropped us and right next to a very busy bus stop. While I may live in the mountains now, I 've lived right near the entrance to the Midtown Tunnel in NYC, so when I say it was loud, I know loud. Everything else was excellent. There was an erroneous minibar charge on our final bill that I didn 't notice until right after the less than friendly gentleman at the desk ran our card. He rudely scolded me for not seeing it earlier and said, Well it 's not much money, and I can 't do anything about it now. No apology whatsoever. It was not the way I would expect to be spoken to by anyone, and it did leave a bad taste. Our airport transfer, arranged by the hotel, went very smoothly.
