Enough parking space, nice ambience, clean toilets and attentive staff in this recently commissioned hotel. Interior is nice and so also food.

The first thing which... read more I visited this restaurant with my family for all courses offered Breakfast ,Lunch Dinner with my family during my recent visit to Vellore. The first thing which is noteworthy about this restaurant is that the Head Chef Rafiq is a true team...leader and his team members are accessible should you have any special instructions on the food or cuisine. The restaurant stewards are a fine breed of professionals and proactive people who would always cater to your requests and make you interface with the Head Chef or any member of the food production team should it be needed for you. Food is no frill but very tasty ,simple and simply cheer up your taste buds.I wonder that there are only few kitchen in the city of Vellore who can deliver quality as good as Rongo. You should try their Chinese clear soups,fish cuisine and Lunch Thalis which are mind blowing. Do visit Rongo and push the chefs for Yeh Dil Maange

Their Chettinadu Chicken with plain steamed ric... read more Located at Hotel Rangalaya Royal (Katpadi Chitoor Road), the restaurant offers a decent multicuisine experience. Their Chettinadu Chicken with plain steamed rice was mouth wateringly very nice. The buffet spread during breakfast is one of the better ones in Vellore. The a la carte experience is also nice ...though the spices can be a wee bit more than the usual for the same dish elsewhere in India. North Indian fare is decent. South Indian fare is typically fabulous.
