So the... read more We ordered a pinsa ?? and a risotto. You have to pick the food up yourself at different lines. The risotto line was crowded and the pinsa line was empty. So the pinsa was ready when the risotto wasn’t. So you can’t eat together. They describe the pinsa as better than pizza. This is definitely not true. It’s a ready made base which is topped at the restaurant. The description “better than a supermarket pizza” would be better. The pinsa just makes that true. It’s not bad but I prefer a regular pizza. I’m not familiar with the vapiano pizza. Maybe they mean that the pinsa is better than their pizza . My last point, some of the crew members are not friendly and just do there job. The guy at the cash register and the girl who picks up the plates are the positive exceptions. They are really helpful. Before I forget I don’t like the idea of the vapiano card and the scissors couldn’t cut the pinsa. So vapiano Wuppertal you have a lot to improve. But it’s not impossible.
