The dough is well-made, light, and easy to digest, although the pizzas aren't particularly generous in size. The option of a gluten-free crust is appreciated, available for an additional €4. The bill, however, isn't for everyone: for four pizzas, two beers, two soft drinks (such as Molecola), four desserts, and a bottle of water, we paid €140. Sure, the quality of the ingredients is evident, the service is courteous, and the desserts are beautifully presented, but the price is still very high.

We were served pizza, which was very delicious and very enjoyable. The service was completely perfect. It was a young man who spoke good English and was extremely friendly who was serving us and made sure we had a great evening. All in all it was the perfect start to a holiday in Tuscany. I can highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for something which is authentic and has local Italians going there to eat as well.
