A truly unique pizzeria, with a limited menu, but meticulous attention to detail: just a few pizzas, all original and made with select ingredients. The dough is well-made, light, and easy to digest, although the pizzas aren't particularly generous in size. The option of a gluten-free crust is appreciated, available for an additional €4. The bill, however, isn't for everyone: for four pizzas, two beers, two soft drinks (such as Molecola), four desserts, and a bottle of water, we paid €140. Sure, the quality of the ingredients is evident, the service is courteous, and the desserts are beautifully presented, but the price is still very high.
It's not a pizza, if you're looking for a real Neapolitan pizza. But it's good: a kind of stuffed focaccia, with excellent, plentiful, and high-quality ingredients.
Superlative pizza! The service was inattentive. The atmosphere was casual and elegant, and the smell of food and pizzas cooking permeated the place!
We are super happy to have found this restaurant, which is a very authentic local Italian gem. We were served pizza, which was very delicious and very enjoyable. The service was completely perfect. It was a young man who spoke good English and was extremely friendly who was serving us and made sure we had a great evening. All in all it was the perfect start to a holiday in Tuscany. I can highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for something which is authentic and has local Italians going there to eat as well.
