We opted for this dinner for the menu in 4 services, with for me the option 'Me-vins agreement', which seems to me the best option since it is a surprise menu. the dishes are refined, the taste contrasts perfectly mastered. It's very high! a reproach, however, given the price of the evening menus: the aperitif is not served with amuses-bouche, it is necessary to choose on the slate products probably succulent, but by adding to the addition. the same coffee is served dry, without the least mignardise. It's a shame, I think it'd cost a lot of money at home and give 5* very deserved.
