Toast... read more I am reading reviews and I understand i am not the only one that thinks this place has multiple issues. I arrived at restaurant after 10 , they open at 8. Toaster wasn?t turned on (it takes at least 10 min to heat it up) and grilling machine wasn?tworking. Employee had to put everything in microwave. I asked for ketchup on my sandwich and employee told me she will put it onthe side,l, i checked bag it?s not there.

I came after 10 in the restaurant, they open around 8. toaster was not switched on (it takes at least 10 min to heat it up) and grill machine did not work. the coworker had to put everything into the microshaft. I asked for ketchup on my sandwich and coworker told me that they put it on the side, I checked the bag, it's not there.

I've been waiting for 20 minutes just to place my order, and it’s really frustrating!

The staff member who helped me seemed distracted and... read more I recently went to this restaurant to grab a sub, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The staff member who helped me seemed distracted and didn’t really listen to my requests. I asked for house sauce, but she put hot sauce on instead. When I asked her to pause for a moment, she just added some mayo. She toasted the sub without the veggie patty, then toasted it separately and attempted to squeeze the patty in afterward. The manager was present during this whole process but was on the phone and didn’t appear to notice what was happening. Overall, I doubt I will be coming back.
