Contribute FeedbackA McDonald's location in a busy area off Major Mac Drive has had a major improvement in recent months. Previously known for poor food quality and aggressive staff, the restaurant now offers well-presented and tasty meals with polite service. The packaging for deliveries is also neat and tidy now. Despite its location making it easy to access but challenging to exit the plaza, loyal customers praise the positive transformation of this once-horrible McDonald's. With friendly staff and tasty summer drinks, this restaurant now sets a positive example for fast-food improvement.
I was shocked when I saw the state of this restaurant. Garbage overflowing..tables dirty with food and trays...napkins stuck to floor..no ketchup in containers and the station for napkins/ketchup/straws was dirty with stuck on food/ketchup. I have never seen a McDonald's so dirty!!
This is a busy location due where it is located, but overall, fairly typical for a McDonald's. We always visit this location!
Hare to go wrong with mcdonald's and our visit was as expected good value and quick and tasty food and drink
Typical McDonald's food, however usually when I visit this location I get "fresh" crisp fries. However, I always seem to have the bad luck when visiting this location that they always forget part of my order, whether it be the drive through or ordering inside. Most recently I ordered a couple happy meals inside and did not receive the drinks (silly me thought they were in the meal box), however when I go through the drive through I am always careful to check my order before driving off. When they forget something, they replace the missing item(s) quickly. This is a busy location due where it is located, but overall, fairly typical for a McDonald's.
