Whoever is managing Chicos Markham should also take charge of Chicos Vaughan, as the latter is clearly struggling. For those reading this, I recommend going to Chicos Brasa in Markham for a much better experience. Also, be sure to call ahead, because Chicos Vaughan is poorly managed and is best suited for takeout due to its small size. To top it off, their credit card machine was out of order, and they weren’t even opening on time. Overall, it was a terrible experience and a waste of gas, as we had to drive nearly an hour for such disappointing food.

The chicken I had was the best I've ever tasted! The owner is incredibly kind and personally prepares all the food.

I haven't had pollo a la brasa in a while, so I decided to give it a try. I really dislike giving a one-star rating because the service was good, but unfortunately, both my girlfriend and I ended up feeling sick afterward. I won't be coming back.

Great service, amazing food. It was my first time ever having Peruvian food. I look forward to going back. Its good to try new things that's what my wife tells me.
