Location did not look busy or full of customers (2 in about 20 minutes) and staff in the back was walking around not doing anything.

It’s wasn’t battered properly and there is liquid grease at the bottom of the bucket. Fire the cook!

I called their location and they quickly sent another bucket and picked up the old one.I go in my kitchen AND ITS THE EXACT SAME THING. I hate this location. I wasted money.
