Empl... read more I am a fan of Five Guys, but I do not recommend this particular location. I was surprised when I was asked to tip for a pickup order, which I found absurd. Employees should be paid by the company, and I am willing to pay a little extra for my meal to ensure that they are compensated fairly. Additionally, I noticed that the staff did not clean the grill before cooking my burgers. The restaurant was nearly empty, so there was no excuse for using a dirty grill. Food should always be prepared on a clean surface.

The last time was a couple of years ago and I did not have their burgers since then. Over the past many months, I convinced myself that it might have been the lettuce that gave me an upset stomach. Decided to try again a few days ago and had a burger without lettuce. I was fine. Tried another one today, again without lettuce, and once again have an upset stomach and diarrhea. It is definitely Five Guys because I have not had anything else to eat today. These guys are either not cooking or storing (or both) their burgers properly. Buyers and eaters beware.

As someone with sensitive stomach issues, eating out can be a challenge for me, but after trying their little bacon burger, I experienced no discomfort whatsoever. This is a rare occurrence for me and I must say, it was the best burger I have ever had. I felt light and comfortable after eating it, which is not something I usually experience. It seems that Five Guys uses fresh ingredients without any harsh chemicals, making their burgers easy on the stomach. I am grateful to have had such a delicious and stomach-friendly meal at Five Guys. Thank you for a great experience!
