It's important to strike a balance between taste and spice. **Bean Problem:** Adding beans to my bowl turned out to be a mistake. The beans were overly saucy, which made the rice too mushy and detracted from the overall enjoyment of the dish. **Ambiance Concerns:** The atmosphere in the dining area was lacking. Uncovered trash bins were positioned too close to the tables, making it less inviting for diners. **Insufficient Cutlery:** There was a shortage of cutlery at the serving stations, which required me to ask staff several times for a restock—something that shouldn’t have been necessary. **Disappointing Experience:** After having positive visits at other Chipotle locations, this one was a major disappointment. It fell far short of the quality I've come to expect from the chain.

Initially, I tried to order a quesadilla, but the two staff members appeared confused and kept going back and forth with each other. Frustrated, I decided to go with a chicken bowl, thinking it would be simpler. Unfortunately, when I placed my order, they barely added any toppings, despite my request for extra corn, sour cream, salsa, and cheese. One of the employees insisted he had already included them, but that was not the case. I didn't want to cause a scene, but I felt let down by the lack of extras. The two staff members seemed inexperienced and could benefit from more training; they also weren't very friendly. While I plan to continue visiting Chipotle in general, I don't think I'll be returning to this location.

The restaurant is clean, and the service is excellent. There's a Fortino's nearby, along with a variety of other shops and dining choices. I highly recommend giving it a visit; I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Although they offer a few non-vegetarian curries, the menu mainly caters to vegetarians. Our favorite dish to order is the Veggie Rice Bowl.
