I only spent five minutes at this restaurant, and it felt like a waste of my time. The manager seemed preoccupied and worried about the impact on his profits, but he didn’t even acknowledge me. If the customer service is this poor, I can't imagine how disappointing the food must be!
The location on Highway 7 and Weston Road charged me 50 cents for a BBQ sauce with my chicken sandwich combo that comes with fries. I could have gotten ketchup for free. What's the deal with that?
I've been here a few times but only through their drive-thru service. The food was good; burgers were decent, sweet potato fries were good and I especially enjoyed their breakfast. The service wasn't bad either. The staff were patient when we were ordering and were accommodating as well. One time when they told us to park because the food was going to take a moment to cook, the wait time wasn't too bad and the staff member delivering our food to our vehicle was really nice and had all our orders correct.
Consistent good quality and quick service. Just double check your order before driving off, I?ve had small items missing a couple times and they wouldn?t give me it the next time I came because I didn?t ?have proof?.
Super quick service and very friendly girls at the drive-through! Can?t wait to dig into these delicious body burgers.
