We had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant, the best we have had in years. It was even better than Sunny's! Our waitress Suzie was also outstanding. The filet mignon was incredibly tender, the salad was delicious, and the shrimp tempura and chocolate soufflé were also fantastic. View all feedback.
What Jason Duheme doesn't like about La Cage Brasserie Vaudreuil Quane:
Spent $70 at the bar on a meal 3 beer. Excused myself to go to the washroom for 2minutes, and returned to my seat to find they threw away my meal, a $10 beer as well as my paid for receipt. PS: If you try to contact them, they will only talk to you based on their 'secret code ' on the paid receipt that THEY THREW AWAY!!! Completely Unacceptable! This is a High Priced fast food joint that serves beer. View all feedback.
This restaurant is fantastic - the food is amazing! The nachos are always a hit, and their burgers are juicy, thick, and delicious. I definitely recommend trying them.
I visited this location for the first time with a group of almost 30 people. The service was excellent and we were well taken care of. However, I was disappointed with the value of the $20 burger I ordered, particularly the Brie and Mushroom burger. The fries were tasty but the portion size was small. Overall, I think the Cage is better suited for quick lunchtime meals rather than dinners.
The food at this restaurant was average at best. I ordered the ribs and found them to be just okay. The service was quite poor, and at the end of the meal, I was questioned by the waiter as to why I had not left a tip. As I am not in a great financial position, I was taken aback when the waiter blatantly stated that there was no tip left. I found it quite offensive that this was brought up in front of everyone. This has never happened to me before, and I never expected to be called out in such a manner.
This restaurant is a great place to enjoy bar food in a lively atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive. Even though it can get crowded during sports events, it is still a pleasant dining experience. The location is convenient, just off the highway with easy access to parking.
I recently attended an event at this restaurant to meet some retired Montreal Canadiens players. They were hosting a charity event where you could watch the game with them. It was an amazing experience. The players took photos and signed autographs for everyone. They also held a 50/50 draw that night with VIP tickets and an autographed photo as prizes. The renovations done two years ago were impressive, with a massive TV screen on the wall and four TVs mounted above the bar. They also have Stella Artois on tap, which is a rare find since moving to Quebec. I particularly liked the decor with chopped hockey sticks above the bar. The atmosphere was friendly and the staff did a great job keeping up with the busy crowd.
