It was a pesto made from eggplant with burra... read more We decided to try this place for lunch and were impressed with their menu. We split an appetizer called parmigiana. It was a pesto made from eggplant with burrata cream on top and laced with tomato sauce. It was spectacular. My wife ordered spghetto ale vongole veraci. It has a light sauce of oil and butter. I ordered cavatello allo scolio di mari. It was cavatelle pasta with a mix of seafood including, langoustine, clams, mussels, and calamari in a light red sauce perfect for dipping their crusty bread. We loved it so much we went back for dinner. I ordered the eggplant parmesan and my wife ordered stuffed mussels. We shared a mixed salad. And ordered a parmigiana each. it was so good we didn't want to share it again. We shared a bodetto alla vastese. It was a giant bowl of seafood soup that camed to the table in a large clay pot and was still boiling. It was unbelievably good. It was perfect to dip their bread in. This is a do over.
