We ordered prawns they were half cooked and when asked for the chef the response was out chef does not come out to visit customers The owner John or Seagull whatever he prefers to be called is arrogant as hell he thinks he is running hells kitchen and he is Gordan Ramsey. Gordan can have attitude as he knows how to cook John does not even have that ability. If you say something good he is all ears however if you say something bad about the quality of food then he does not take that positively however being in the customer service industry that's a trait that John is missing When we complained about the food he asked his waiter to waive off the charge which we denied however he was persistent to take if off the bill however as the owner of the place courtesy demands that he should have come and spoken to us about the removal rather then sending his errand boys to do that. I would suggest that this place has ok ambience however worst food and over that worst customer service Goa is full of amazing places which are much better then John seagull I would suggest give this place a skip Hop and run away from it as soon as you can The juice is not worth the squeeze at this place better avoid the juice completely

The sea food platter is a disaster and chicken platter was so dry it wouldn't go down my throat. Not recommended it's a waste of good appetite.

The ambiance is really cool with great lighting and a beach right beside it. The DJ's song selection set the perfect vibe for the weekend. The service was also very prompt.
