I had two customers ahead of me in line, and there were two employees working behind the counter. I was in and out within about five minutes, sandwich in hand. While the prices of Subway sandwiches have increased, like everything else these days, it's still a good deal if you bring a coupon—your footlong will be just $7 and some change (note that coupons don’t apply to specialty sandwiches). Overall, it's a fantastic spot for a quick (and I mean really quick) bite to eat!

Additionally, I noticed that their sandwiches have gotten noticeably smaller. I won't be returning to Subway again.

I 'm not sure what the young man behind the counter was thinking or what motivated him to mistreat us, but nevertheless, he managed to, and while wasting 15 minutes of my lunch break. Myself and my coworker waited patiently in line while a single young man completed 2 customers orders. As far as I know, only one employee was working, so this process was slow, estimated 15 20 min. When it became time for him to prepare my order next in line I told him what I was ordering. After I spoke my order he then asked my coworker, what he was having, and I assume he was just trying to save time and we came together. But... he then asks the lady who came in behind us, long after we arrived. 15 minutes had past before we were even acknowledged. After the lady behind us speaks her order, this young man declared that he was going to prepare her sandwich and motioned her to the front. This after waiting for the FedEx drivers order, and a kind young woman after him, then It was my turn I assumed, if we are going by order of arrival and position in line. My coworker and I looked at each other , and then he walked out, saying he no longer wished to eat here after this mistreatment. I followed out in upset as well. We are full time employees, we keep vehicles running, even for our law enforcement. What was the reason we were denied service before others? Why were we considered last to be helped? We are not considered Important? Did you profile us, and assume 2 people in are work uniforms were anything else but that? I 'm all for ladies first, but This is a customary courtesy. I simply wished to place my order and return to work in my short time that I have in my busy life. Today I went with out my lunch. I 've been coming here for years and I work down the street, but I 'll never set back inside here. Added to reviewsthe response from the person working there. This is know Forwarded to corporate Hello! It 's your (would of been sandwich artist for that day! I 'm sorry you 're upset about the event that happened on Friday. But i find it odd that since I took literally 2 3 minutes to help the lady with her sandwich, you decided to be upset about it and write negative reviews to the owner (who trust me, doesn 't care at all and to my store, who 's barely managing by since we been affected by the pandemic. The lady 's sandwich was a very simple 6 inch with turkey and mayo and that was it, and I know her order because she works at the mall and comes basically everyday. So when you guys wanted to order 2 footlongs which would of taken roughly another 10 minutes and possibly make the lady late for lunch, I decided to help the lady due to the shorter time it would of taken me to get her out the door into her lunch break as well! But trust me, even while I made her simple sandwich, I still would of helped you guys because I always try to help 2 or 3 customers at a time at the store when it 's busy, especially since I know everybody around that hour comes for their lunch break : I understand you 're late for your lunch too, and I know how frustrating it must of been, but if you simply would of remained calm and patient then I would of made a very delicious sandwich for both you and your colleague and you could of save the stress you induced on yourself! Please be patient with us sandwich artists, we are underpaid, overworked, and have to deal with people who doesn 't treat us like humans, so please take that into consideration next time you go into a subway!
