The attention to detail at Dunkin' was really disappointing. I ordered an Egg and Cheese on an English muffin along with a box of Munchkins, but they gave me an Egg and Cheese on a bagel and a chocolate glazed doughnut instead. I returned the food untouched and asked for a refund. Rather than receiving my money back, I was told, "Sorry ma'am, we can’t issue refunds." I know they do offer refunds, and I want mine. The prices are very high considering the poor customer service. If I could, I would give them 0 out of 10.
The staff were unfriendly, and my order wasn’t ready even though I placed it 30 minutes ahead of time. Avoid this place if you have work to get to.
I understand that Dunkin' may be short-staffed, but having worked as a barista for five years, I’ve managed long lines alone or with minimal help. I could take orders and prepare drinks quickly, so I’m not sure what the issue is here. The staff at this Dunkin' location have been rude, making me uncomfortable for ordering more than one drink. My orders are often wrong, and once I even received a drink with spoiled milk. Because of these experiences, I’ve started going to other Dunkin' locations, even if they’re farther away. This has been the worst one I’ve visited, and I’ve been to some mediocre Dunkin' spots before. The menu is fine, but the service here really lets it down.
The DD at exit 17 has the most welcoming staff. They greet you with cheerful smiles and offer outstanding service!
I would rate this place zero stars. This was my first of two attempts to grab a coffee while I was traveling. Unfortunately, this Dunkin' is located inside a gas station, and while the gas station was open, the Dunkin' was closed. There wasn't a single person in sight, and everything was shut down well over an hour before their closing time. I was disappointed and frustrated with Dunkin's lack of staffing and accountability.
