Deliveries are consistently late, sometimes with a wait of over... read more As a loyal customer for over five years, I am extremely disappointed by the decline in service. Deliveries are consistently late, sometimes with a wait of over an hour and a half, without any call or apology. Missing items (gyozas) have already been reported, but there has been no compensation or follow-up. Tonight again, another hour and a half delay, and to top it off, inappropriate remarks from the delivery driver, even though all the details are clearly noted on the invoice. Prices are increasing, but the service is deteriorating significantly. It's getting worse and worse.
