They use vegan mayo in some of the sushi, w... read more I have been to this restaurant three times now. I really like that there are a lot of vegan sushi options available. They use vegan mayo in some of the sushi, which I personally don't understand in sushi. They also have a Finnish specialty called drawn heifer (nyhtökaura). The vegan miso soup can be a bit salty for my taste, but I am used to salty food so that could be the reason. There is always a warm vegan dish available, such as vegan tofu in red curry. I have had it twice and it was really good, but once it was just okay. I also enjoy the mini spring rolls, which are sweet.
