Update as of April 21, 2023: I decided to give the pizza another chance. The service was quick this time, but I can't shake the feeling that there might be some animosity towards me. The pizza crust was burnt to a charcoal finish, and the toppings were overshadowed by that burnt taste. I didn’t even bother calling to complain; instead, I took photos and now plan to avoid ordering pizza from here for a while. It also seemed like they used a tomato and onion mix instead of the fresh ingredients they usually apply to the pizza base. I'm really disappointed because this used to be our go-to place for pizza.
