The pastry chef and owner, Julia, trained in Paris under Pierre Hermé, one of the most renowned pastry chefs in France. Known for his exceptional macarons, Pierre Hermé's influence is evident in Julia's delectable desserts from the first bite.
I recently visited this restaurant for the first time, and it will definitely not be my last! I tried a variety of macarons that were incredibly delicious, with fun and traditional flavors. My favorite so far is the lemon poppy seed. I also ordered an iced latte, which was delicious. I am looking forward to trying their afternoon tea for an upcoming staff meeting next week, as well as their sandwiches. Thank you for the friendly and amazing service!
