I enjoy watching the attractive baristas at work, and the chefs are quite handsome as well. I'm really interested in one of the chefs, whose name I believe is Marion. He's wonderful!

I couldn't resist orde... read more The brewery was clean, welcoming, and provided an exceptional experience. One of the standout features was the beer—absolutely fantastic! I couldn't resist ordering "To Fly A Kite," a recipe originally created by Ben Franklin that Brew Master John resurrected for the 21st century. It has notes of blue spruce, which is just amazing! Calling it "awesome" doesn't quite do it justice. The walls are adorned with numerous awards, showcasing the high quality of John's brews. The food menu wasn’t extensive, but it more than made up for its size with exceptional quality. This place is a must-visit for any craft beer enthusiast. You won’t be disappointed. Great job, Allusion!
