I went during the lunch break, and I absolutely understand that it is the busiest time. but I wish the restaurant had told me how they stopped and I did not take my order. the restaurant was not very busy, but I guess they had many online orders. fortunately I would have gone somewhere else if I had known. but they didn't tell me, and it wounded over an hour so they could get me a bowl of supple. then they gave me my... The restaurant, located in an industrial neighborhood, had a cool interior. The tonkatsu ramen I ordered was pretty good, with a rich broth (though very oily) and the noodle texture was a bit too soft for my liking. The overall presentation was nice and I enjoyed watching the Japanese ramen chefs cook in the open kitchen. I'm glad I tried it. View all feedback.
