We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The staff member who assisted us at 10:15 was outstanding. They brought our chicken nuggets out to the car and even asked if we needed anything else. This level of service really made our visit to Wendy's enjoyable. Thank you! View all feedback.

The food at this Wendy's matches the quality of other branches. The restaurant has lots of seating and ample parking, making it convenient for customers. It is also less crowded than the one on Cambie Street.
Wendy's has recently added a new item to their menu - the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club sandwich. I first heard about it from my friend M, who couldn't stop raving about how good it was. Intrigued, I agreed to try it with him after school. The sandwich is available in three different options - grilled, homestyle, or spicy - and is made with applewood smoked bacon, Asiago cheese, ranch sauce, lettuce, and tomatoes. The calorie count ranges from 470 to 660 depending on the choice of chicken. We decided to go for the Spicy Asiago Ranch Chicken Club combo at the drive-thru for $8.95, which came with a medium coke, Sea Salt fries, and the sandwich itself. Although the sandwich didn't look quite like the picture in the advertisement, it was still delicious. Eating inside Wendy's late at night can be a bit gloomy, so we found that the drive-thru was the better option for us.
I attended with my family. I have been here in the past without any issues. This latest visit was terrible. The garbage receptacles were overflowing. We informed staff and all we got was a dirty look. Kitchen area had wrappers and food strewn over the floor.Ordered side garden salad. The employee entered Caesar salad. We repeated our order 4 times and she said she understood although the cash display continued to show a Caesar. She gave us a Caesar and finally after a fifth attempt she gave us the right salad. I asked for hot sauce for my Chuli and was given ketchup. Staff were very rude and unpleasant. I doubt I would return to this location and I cannot recommend it to anyone.
The Wendy's at this location has been here for at least 20 years. I use to come occasionally, but have now been a regular the last 3 years. l also visit Wendy's at Cambie & 8th Ave, and together visit them once or twice a week for a quick light dinner or snack. Their food as advertised, is always fresh and a great value, especially their Value Menu items! I usually order a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger and a 5 pc chicken nugget for $4.40 and because I'm a senior citizen, get a complimentary drink (tea, coffee or small soda pop). For the same price you can also order a double Stacker Burger combo (2 jr patties), small fries, & a med drink! Can't beat this for value! I have never had the same bad experiences as others have noted, and would recommend this establishment to others. I also can't stand the bland Golden Arches food.
My friend had visited a Wendy's as a child and wanted to return, so when we passed this one we went in for lunch. The lady behind the till did not understand English, she got the two orders for customers in front of us wrong. At one point the gentleman in front of me got two burgers brought to him and both were wrong. When it was our turn to order the cashier did not understand what we were saying and even gave my friend the same burger the gentleman before turned down, it was not what she ordered. The food was fantastic, we enjoyed eating Wendy's food, it's just the customer service at this branch was lacking.
