As... read more I had several issues when I visited this restaurant. The service was very slow, with the mac and cheese coming out quickly but the pizza taking a long time. As a non-vegan who has tried many vegan restaurants, I found the texture of the pizza to be unpleasant, with a crispy crust and a thick, gelatinous layer on top that seemed to mimic cheese. The restaurant encourages customers to pay online with their phones, but this means you have to tip before receiving your service. The portions were small and expensive, and the mac and cheese was overly saucy, resembling more of a cheese sauce with macaroni floating in it. They even ran out of drinking glasses. Despite these issues, my vegan companion enjoyed the pizza, and I personally liked the garlic knots.
