Vera's Burger shack - Vancouver

We are fan! Vera's burger are not only one of the best burgers in town, but it is also a local 'must go' fast food chain.

I was so excited to bring a new comer to Vancouver when she said she wanted a burger. We arrived at noon (the posted opening time) and all the lights were out.... Not a person in sight. They lost my respect, business and future business.

The hot dog was served in a bun that was cold and tore easily upon handling. Had it been warmed, it could have been the way it should be, moist, chewy and stretchy. I was disappointed such a basic and simple item of food could be so neglected.

I am shocked the place was very dirty food on the floor same as the location on Davie street we were all turn off it used to be clean before !

I love this restaurant for the various burger offerings.. I have tried the beef and chicken burgers, my favourite are the lamb double burgers. Grilled fresh and always to order. The service here is always friendly and the establishment is clean and well run.Great all this talk about burgers...now I am hungry for one!
