Hidden jewel. Fantastic small neighborhood market/cafe. Best coffee, fantastic cappuccino The chicken sausage rolls are the best I have eaten outside Australia. And the orange frit is for DIE. Absolutely amazing!!!

This place is a supermarket, but you can also eat and drink there. They make beautiful salads and sandwiches.

I stop here when I come by to read my book and have a cup of Saltspring Island Coffee on their terrace. I love this neighborhood.

It's basically a mini supermarket with great snacks, coffee and sandwiches. Awesome staff. Right on the Adanac bike route. Perfect for cyclists.

If you are from a culture that appreciates salt cod this is a stop for you. For seventy five cents get a salt cod potato cake. You can order them ahead and heat them up at home. They are a lovely little treat that my Italian, Portuguese, and Newfie friends adore. This is a great spot to pick up picnic food. Went boating with friends and made a lovely spontaneous lunch for 4 for under $30. They have coffee, fresh bread and lots of treats. The warming display has pizza, chicken legs, shrimp cakes, pasties, curry tarts, etc. They have tables outside under covering with a heater above. Lots of locals. Heard one mother say to her preschool son, 'you 've had 4 cod cakes today and that 's it for today '.
