I was so glad to get more tea here. It is the only TWG in Canada, otherwise, I have to go to Asia for great tea. the staff is very helpful and let you take time to sniff and sample

When you're tired and need a tea break from walking around the city, stop by the classy and elegant TWG tea salon for some delicious scones, ice-cream and exotic tea. The staff was kind and helpful with assistance in recommending the assortment of tea flavours that they have. They weren't pushy at all in trying to sell their products.The salon was elegantly decorated and we listened to Mozart in the classy setting. It was a nice break for us to drop in for afternoon tea and delicious ice-cream!

I was with my 6 six old made a last minute reservation for an afternoon treat! It was truly a treat for both service and food quality. The shop and dining room are tastefully designed and put together. It gives you a real precious feeling of the teas and their long tradition. Service was top notch and very attentive with noble smiles at all times. With such grand decor it is surprisingly comfortable and relax. Our sever recommended everything we had for our afternoon treat - Caribbean Crepe with a scoop of Vanilla Bourbon Tea ice cream and Red Chocolate Tea for my 6 six old and I had Bourbon Island Crepe with Royal Darjeeling Tea. We both loved everything we had. These crepes are so good that they will definitely be repeated. Before we repeat these we will for sure go back for breakfast, lunch and dinner to treat our taste buds and experience.

Cute tea shop offering over 500 different types of tea with very knowledge staff. Both savory and sweet offered but a little pricey for the amount of food you get. Not quite up to par compared to other places.

WOW! Service, choice, everything! I've been a fan of TWG for a while. This was my first time for a sit-down meal. It was fantastic and beyond my expectations. The tea list is extensive, more than one could read in time to order. The service is very very helpful. Like a wine sommelier for their teas, helping you to pick just the right thing for your tastes. There were six of us, each of us ordered different tea and different meals. Each of us was super excited and satisfied. My uncle, who is lucky to get to travel the world, said this was the best tea he's ever had! They serve your tea and pour it in the most delicate swirling way. Quite elegant.I ordered the traditional tea fixe-price meal. The eggs were gorgeous and crazy perfect tasty. The pastries at the end were gorgeous and lovely and yummy. If we are ever back in Vancouver, I will be back to this spot!
