Timber is a casual pub-style dining experience in Vancouver that opened its doors in 2015. Situated at the entrance to Vancouver's West End near the famous Stanley Park, Timber pays homage to British Columbia's timber history. With a laid-back atmosphere and a hearty menu, it is the perfect spot to gather with friends, enjoy the game, people-watch on the patio, play board games, indulge in s'mores, or join us for 'Hair of the Dog Hour' brunch on weekends. Reservations are only accepted for groups of 6 or more, and cannot be made on the same day. Timber primarily operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and we welcome walk-ins anytime. Comfort food to be sure and cute place with Canadian focused decor__Our party has the lamb bacon sandwich, bison burger and Montreal smoked meat sandwich.
The service at Timber was amazing, the food was delicious and paired perfectly with the excellent and very local beer and wine menu! We love visiting Vancouver and this will now be our go to place for the best locally sourced menu and drinks! Can't wait to come back!
Great staff. Great food. Great beer list. Check them out if you’re in the west end.
