Description

Tim Hortons is facing a wave of customer dissatisfaction, particularly at one local establishment. While the quality and portion sizes of food items have drawn significant criticism, the restaurant’s seating policy has left patrons bewildered. Many express frustration over the management's decisions and understaffing, which hampers service even when employees are described as friendly. Although some customers appreciate the freshness of baked goods, consistency in product quality, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere are pressing issues. As customer loyalty wanes, it’s clear that improvements in both management and service are crucial for regaining trust and enhancing the dining experience.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The employee on duty was not friendly at all, and despite requesting a fresh coffee, I was given an old batch that was far from drinkable. I couldn't even finish half of it. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory visit. Service: Takeaway

My go-to spot for relaxing - a nice, cozy place that is always bustling. You can always find a seat here.

I was served a chili that was more like watery soup, with no meat at all, and seemed to be scraped from the bottom of the pot. Not a great way to serve a disabled senior.
