Contribute FeedbackLocated near the iconic Steamclock, The Black Frog offers reasonably priced meals in a cool and welcoming atmosphere. While the food is decent, it doesn't stand out. Some have had issues with pricing discrepancies, but the location and cheerful service from the staff make it worth a try for a quick meal. Beers are cold and delicious, and the service is exceptional. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy drinks and meals with friends in downtown Vancouver.
Came across this place and searched for a quick snack and a place to warm up. The wings are incredible and the server was great! Beautiful location in gastown
We greatly enjoyed the mellow atmosphere, initially we began our evening at The Cambie but since it changed hands it's become the biggest suck job on Cordova. You are much better off walking down a block and hitting the Black Frog, the food is much better and the booze options are infinitely . No one has ever had a great time drinking bud on tap. Go to the Black Frog where the service is wonderful and the fare is just as wonderful. Go there! You want be disappointed.

I rarely throw out 5 stars, but black frog is a cut above the rest and deserves it. Extremely clean, inviting warm atmosphere, excellent draught and scotch selection. Exceptional service.
