Unfortunately, they h... read more I have been ordering from this restaurant frequently and each time I order pancakes, I specifically request blueberry and banana pancakes. Unfortunately, they have never fulfilled this request, despite the fact that it is the same price. I have received no explanation for this. It seems like a simple request - just add some blueberries and bananas, or even make two blueberry and one banana pancake. The lack of flexibility is frustrating, especially since there is never any communication as to why my request cannot be accommodated. Perhaps adding blueberry banana pancakes to the menu would be a good solution. To make matters worse, the pancakes I received were burnt.

The only gripe I have is that I wish ketchup was a checkbox option because I never remember to ask for it in the directions.
