The food was incredible, and there were plenty of vegetarian options available. The service was excellent; they managed to serve us nine dishes in just four minutes. The atmosphere was lovely, especially since we visited during the Christmas season.
So I feel like they took a few artistic liberties when they added the word “cafe” to their name. Having said that, I also feel like this place is still worth visiting. Why, you say? Salted…Caramel…Bourbon…Latte! Don’t worry, @takefivecafe only starts serving it at noon (not true) so you won’t have worry about feeling guilty when glancing at your watch. And that’s…Henry’s Take. @henrystake
Absolutely delightful coffee! I highly recommend this spot. The woman who was there during my visit was incredibly sweet and kind. She prepared a delicious latte for me. I also had the blueberry oatmeal muffin, which was excellent. There are other pastries that I’m looking forward to trying on my next visit. It’s a wonderful place to pick something up and then head to the waterfront to relax and enjoy your selection!
The restaurant is permanently closed and has been sold. All information in this listing is outdated. It has a new name and new ownership.
This particular franchise should do better. I looked up a cafe near me that offers gf and good coffee. I walked into the place at around 11am and there was maybe 5 cookies and pastries on display. I decided to just order a latte. I saw the guy just pour it out of a jug? I asked, is this just coffee? He said no i made it fresh. However I did not see him use the espresso machine. He was very friendly however, sadly, I will not be returning to this location.Edit: coffee was not good either
