What User likes about Taishoken Ramen:
If you are a Ramen connoisseur, then this review is dumb. Very flavorful broth, the meat is decent, the noodles outstanding. Heavy meal. Price is reasonable for a ramen. Great for dinner, too heavy for lunch. When they say spicy, they mean it! View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Taishoken Ramen:
if kazuo yamagishi was to be resurrected. Im sure he'll wanna kill himself when he goes to your horrendous shop. that tonkotsu is flavorless, consistency was mostly oil, and ugh the char shu... saltier than the saltiest reduced concentrated mix of MSG and SALT combined. noodles are overcooked, breaks up into specks of dust just when my soup spoon was barely touching it. read moreTaishoken offers a unique experience primarily focused on dipping ramen, though they also serve traditional ramen options. The restaurant is known for its flavorful broth, outstanding noodles, and hearty portions. Service can be hit or miss, but the quality of the food makes it a popular choice for Ramen enthusiasts. Prices are reasonable, and the dipping ramen is especially recommended. With a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, Taishoken is a must-try for those looking for a tasty and filling meal.
Still have yet to find a better ramen place than Taishoken on Abbot. Easily the best Tsukemen in the city.
Vegetarian option is good. Service is fast. Place is always busy
