Sula Indian Main Street - Vancouver

Very nice vibe and very friendly staff. I wasn't too hungry when I arrived at the restaurant, but the food smelled really good and tasted even better. We ordered Veg Pakoras, butter chicken, tandoori Murg tikke, and some naan and rice. The cocktails were really tasty as well. Will definitely come back.

Excellent dining experience. From the beginning to the end, the host and server were very kind and helpful. Decor, the atmosphere, food presentation, taste, drinks,.... Everything was good! This is a resraurant you should dine in rather than order take-out.

Don't recommend this place. We were a walk-in with no reservation. We told the manager we drove from far off and there are empty table, still denied then mentioned come after 45 mins. Upon pushing more because my son was hungry we got the spot right away. That's negative star to the manager on site. Food was pathetic. We ordered 1. Hariyali chicken- very chewey and had no flavor inside the chicken. 2. Achari chicken- there was no Achar, we ordered another chicken dish it was exactly same. Again chewey chicken. 3. Kadai chicken- chewey chicken and it was hard to tell the difference between achari and kadai. 4. Two drinks one with guava and one with cherry. There was no flavor just ice as If the drinks were made in rush. 5. Beer selection was great. Only thing nice was the server, rest of the people didn't even have a smile on their faces. Overall poor experience, don't recommend this place.

Fabulous ambience, marvelous menus of signatured cocktails and savoured dishes! Indeed an award-winning restaurant of Vancouver not to miss out! Definitely returning! Very glad I introduced Sula restaurant to my dear friend visiting from LA and celebrated our reunion! Also fantastic our bartender and server Jay who 's also a tennis coach and airplane flying instructor! All staff very welcoming and genuine friendly! 2 ? 's and 5 ?? 's Sula!

You walk into a covered patio. Very clean and well maintained. We opted to sit inside because the weather was not on our side that night. Once inside, we were greeted by a nice lady. The decoration was beautiful. We ordered chai tea, butter chicken, lamb korma, chicken wings, and naan. Everything was great, fresh and super tasty. We were pleasantly surprised by the service and the food.
