I have to say, this was the best Subway sandwich I've ever had. Normally I wouldn't write a review for a simple lunch, but today's sandwich was amazing. I ordered the Suprimo on herb and cheese bread. The bread was fresh, the meat was just right, toasted perfectly, and the sauce was evenly spread. Every bite was perfect. Overall, great job! I bought some gift cards at this restaurant during their promotion where you get a free sandwich with a $25 gift card purchase. Today, when I tried to use the bonus card, the employee scanned it and said it didn't work. The manager claimed I had already used the card, but if that was true, they would have kept the card for reporting purposes. The manager/owner was very rude and unprofessional, and it seems like they sell the promotion without intending to honor it, which is why they scan the cards first. When I asked the employee if this happens often and if most of the cards don't work, she just smiled. This is terrible business practice and because of the owner's attitude, I will never return and will discourage others from visiting as well.

Odd, because it 's a valid coupon that 's not expired but when she scanned it she said it doesn 't work. The manager said I must have already used the card. If I had indeed used it, they would have kept the card as all coupons being redeemed in any business are handled.. kept with the daily reporting. The manager/owner was unbelievably rude and unprofessional and they obviously sell this promotion but have no intention of honouring it which is why they have you scan it first to see . When I asked the girl so.. you asked to scan it first because this happens all the time and most of them don 't work..? She just smiled. That 's extremely bad business and the attitude of the owner ensures I will 100% never return and make sure no one else I know visits here either.
This one’s by my house and unfortunately for myself I’ve made the mistake of going here over 20+ times. The bread is never fresh, literally everytime they will do something completely opposite to what you say, and they all seem miserable. Been eating subway since I was a kid but will never go back to this one. Time to grow up and time for them to grow up as well
