Very busy Starbucks location with people coming in and out and so many people sitting around both inside and outside the store. What Purple DIA Chablè doesn't like about Starbucks:
I like the Starbucks branch here. Always nice and kindly staff and clean store. But when I order my coffee, I have to wait longer time. It just was iced americano. I work at a cafe but I really don't understand this system. Is there a rule to cool down espresso for Iced Americano? Even the two people who ordered after I ordered received the drink first. I went to this location to use the washroom originally (the McDonald’s down the street had a cockroach in theirs ick) this one was much nicer and didn’t force me to purchase something like the ones back home do.I ended up getting an iced black tea and while I can get Starbucks anywhere I was really happy with the service here. The barista was so sweet and kind and I really appreciated that. Thank you! I wish I caught her name!
Waited in line to order the BOGO fall drink promotion. Was first told that there was no promotion, but then they checked again and found that the promotion was indeed in effect. Then they couldn’t fulfill the promotion because the promotion wasn’t configured in their order system. I left without ordering anything, unlikely to return.
Very nice shop, very pleasant and especially if you’re on your own you don’t feel it!
Super nice baristas, kind and calm. Coffee, Food and services are great.
