What SanFans Delight likes about Soho Tea Room:
We noticed Soho Tea Room when strolling down the Cambie St /16th ave neighbourhood in Vancouver. We decided to drop in a couple of days later to check it out seeing that their menu prices looked very reasonable. Soho mainly serves Hong Kong style food which is getting more hard to find these days. Inside of Soho looked quite modern with many tables. View all feedback.

read moreSoho Tea Room in Vancouver offers a mix of Hong Kong style dishes at reasonable prices. The restaurant has a modern atmosphere with a hip/trendy vibe. The food, ranging from set meals to tasty noodle soups, is generally satisfying with options for both full meals and snacks. The toast boxes, though pricier, do not disappoint with generous portions. The black forest toast box is a standout option. Service can sometimes feel rushed, but overall, Soho Tea Room is a convenient and affordable spot for a casual meal with friends, offering a wide variety of bubble tea flavors. The baked halibut on cream sauce rice with puff pastry is a must-try dish that consistently impresses with its perfect texture and flavor, aside from potential raw onions. While some menu items, such as the soup noodles, may be hit or miss, the overall experience at Soho Tea Room is one of comfort and reliable Hong Kong style cuisine. A $10 minimum is required for debit payment, making it easy to enjoy a satisfying meal at this neighborhood gem that also offers convenient parking options nearby.
I used to come here quite often but not anymoreWell I guess its probably because I have gotten older and I don't like to hang out too late.
My friends and I came here based on a recommendation of good places to tryThe place is small, but they do try to fill it.
Food is bland, wait time and service is slow, honey toast barely has any ice cream and toppings.
