All... read more I always get the cheese filled bagel when visiting Granville Island. My parents love the rosemary rock salt ones and I recently tried the banana walnut one. All delicious!

The bagels are made onsite and you can smell them baking all day long in their wood fired oven. There are many different kinds to choose from and they are all deliciously chewy! They also have Montreal smoked meat,actually flown in from Montreal and local candied salmon. They are low in fat and filling. The Kits location is open 24 -7 and I have often stopped on my way home after a night of indulging in beverages. Now that I'm older, I often hit them up coming back from a late night flight or before I leave on an early morning flight.
