If the description of her bovine brisket sandwich was not enough to convince me that I had a fantastic lunch, I had a look into the box. Even a single bite in me was convinced that this was one of the best sandwich I ate in Vancouver. It is not cheap, but it is worth it and it is definitely unique. The staff was also so nice, cried to Cobra, she was super helpful. Will definitely return to try some of their other products!

Tried her beef Brisket Sandwich with her homemade Brioche Bun. You have to say it was absolutely amazing. Especially their brioche bun, which apparently make a brittle shell with a perfect texture and consistency with a soft, tasty core. Your sauce ratio was a bit more than I like, but for the common consumer it is perfect. And don't let me start the Briske that melted as soon as I take a bite. I highly recommend it!

Great sandwich place with strong connections to the local community! The Brisket Sandwich was excellent. The Bretzel beer was somehow crispy on the outside and fluffy and chewing inside. I also enjoyed the kale caesar tired with roasted almonds. They had a pig bell sandwich special, which was like train mi, which was also pretty good. Service was excellent and friendly. There are very limited outdoor seats in the front, but it is nice to sit there and watch people while enjoying a beer or cocktail.

This is one of the best sandwich spots I've ever visited. The food is incredible, and the service was fantastic. The cocktails were also exceptional. I highly recommend checking this place out. We can't wait to return and try the other sandwiches that also looked amazing. We had the PBLT, which was delicious, and the jalapeño peppers and mac and cheese were outstanding as well.
