It took me 5 minutes to decide what to order, yet I received no acknowledgment of my presence. When I tried to order through the microphone, the employee said something unintelligible, leading me to believe she had noticed me. Excitedly, I placed my order, only to be met with a loudly annoyed response of "Just a second," before she turned away. As a specialty coffee barista myself, I understand the pressures of a busy work environment, but creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers is crucial. In a world already filled with negativity, let's choose kindness. This experience has only reinforced the importance of maintaining high customer service standards. Additionally, the Thai milk tea I ordered was disappointingly watered down despite requesting 100% sugar with less ice.
