Description

A recent visit to a local tea restaurant revealed a spectrum of experiences. While some patrons enjoyed the refreshing Hawaiian Fountain with Aiyu jelly, others lamented the lackluster atmosphere and service. Complaints about diluted flavors in milk teas and bland coffee contrasted with pleasant reviews highlighting fair pricing and a relaxed ambiance adorned with plants. Though some drinks missed the mark, others offered delightful, fruity sensations. Ultimately, the establishment's need for improved customer engagement and consistency in drink quality was a recurring theme, suggesting potential for growth alongside its unique offerings in the competitive beverage landscape.

I visited this restaurant for the first time in search of a milk tea, but was disappointed by the unwelcoming atmosphere. It took me 5 minutes to decide what to order, yet I received no acknowledgment of my presence. When I tried to order through the microphone, the employee said something unintelligible, leading me to believe she had noticed me. Excitedly, I placed my order, only to be met with a loudly annoyed response of "Just a second," before she turned away. As a specialty coffee barista myself, I understand the pressures of a busy work environment, but creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers is crucial. In a world already filled with negativity, let's choose kindness. This experience has only reinforced the importance of maintaining high customer service standards. Additionally, the Thai milk tea I ordered was disappointingly watered down despite requesting 100% sugar with less ice.

Really good and fast service. the bubbled is very tasty and the prices are good.

I usually hire lychee or militia and was quite happy about it since I returned to my work breaks. I ordered taro milk for the first time and was disappointed. there was no taste. tastes like milk water. pity because taro is such a popular taste and one of me is when I order from any tea shop. the pearls are always cooked nicely.

First time there yesterday. The Okinawa bubble tea and mango slush with ice cream are really good!

If you get the real fruit teas and like a more subtle sweetness, go for half sweet. As the fruit adds natural sugar to it.
