I came here to brunch with my wife. the coffee and the baked are definitely worth 5 stars. the reason why his 4 stars is the quiche. it does not keep on the par excellent standard of fresh sandwiches, cofee and baked. therefore they must restart and do an improvement. but of course I will be back for more experience with fauborg. one of our favorite cafés in vancouver. 2. january 2022. at 12:15 in this filiale. just another person before me. two employees in service. neither of us were recognized, not very polite. two operette and two dark chocolate balls ordered. every item costs over $7.00 absolute junk! the operatto was crusty and dehydrated by unprotected while in the refrigerator. the cake part of the double chocolate ball also tasted as if it had been released in the refrigerator. absolutely terrible. faubourg should be ashamed of themselves for the sale of were too exorbitant preisen. $38.00 went right into the müll. shameful! will never go back and will never bring cakes with their old refrigerator taste to this pretentious place. see photos.
My friends and I enjoy visiting your Kerrisdale location. It has become our favorite meeting spot. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, and we always look forward to seeing them. The aroma of the oven baking pastries and bread, along with the tasty sandwiches on mini baguettes, makes my mouth water just thinking about it. This restaurant truly feels like our happy place!
I had an amazing experience at the macaron-making class that exceeded my expectations. Ricardo did a fantastic job of explaining and demonstrating the process, and then guided us as we tried each step ourselves. He was very patient in answering all of our questions and made us feel at ease throughout the class. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone who is interested in learning how to make macarons and is looking for a fun activity in Vancouver.
I am French and this is my favorite croissant place in Vancouver, just slightly ahead of Thomas Haas and Plaisir Sucre. Le Faubourg was founded by a Parisian pastry chef and everything is amazing, but the Pistachio Croissants are absolutely delicious!
They have the best quality and flavor mix of macaroons ...that melt in your mouth.. Yum..try thier exallant coffee drinks.and great selection of teas......
