Pizza Pizza - Vancouver

Pizza from this store is bad but I love the other stores for pizza pizza, it is just that they dont have good cooks

Absolutely terrible, the gentleman in a turban and the lady that worked the monday 18th night shift never pay any attention to anyone as they always sit in the corner on their phones. Than i watched them take my small pizza out of the oven and it spent an extra 15 minutes left out getting cold on the rack, than as i finally come in 30 minutes later asking why my small pizza is taking so long act all shocked and they hand me my pizza from the rack absolutely cold. I’m super unimpressed with them both because they do this often out of what i’ve seen, i live up the road so i’ve been here a couple times but every time i go there i remember why i shouldn’t. They’re always on their phones and they should definitely have a supervisor working with them or should just have a manager tell them how to properly act when they’re at work

Not a good experience. That’s fine if cashier is taking order of first customer but they should consider others too in the line up. If first did not decide what to order they should tell them to decide and help others first. Not just wait for whole 10minutes for their order.

Kindly double-check each of your delivery orders to ensure all items have been prepared. Also, please be more food-safe conscious — employees should not be wearing their personal winter jackets while preparing food.

Good price with the size of a pizza...and mostly when we are going just to grab a pizza some cashiers expect a tip but here they let us feel comfortable with only paying the price of the food...
