What User likes about Phat Royal Centre:
First impression was that ok lots of selection on the bagels , good portion; as shown on the picture with this review. Like the idea that its breakfast comes with a bit of fresh fruits and diced potatoes. If you like crispy bacon then Phat did well here. Prices was reasonable. The best bit for me though is that it is right next to the Hyatt hotel where i was staying. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Phat Royal Centre:
Phat offers a range of sandwiches either for takeout or to eat in a small seating area. My sandwich was ok, but a bit dry. It came with fries as did most of the items. It filled a need for convenience wasn't a place that I would go out of my way to visit again. View all feedback.

While some reviewers found the food pricey and service lacking, others praised the generous portions and friendly staff. The meat selection, smoked in-house, received rave reviews. The all-day breakfast bagel was highlighted as a delicious and affordable option near the Burrard Skytrain station. Overall, Phat is a hidden gem for those looking for a hearty meal with a cozy atmosphere.
I have gone by a few times in the past few months. PHAT has been closed each time. So it appears to me that it did not survive the COVID closures.
This place is great but they no longer exist at this mall! super sad, hope they open a new location soon
Went by today but it was closed. Does anyone know if they will be open this week at all?
