What OlekMali likes about One Saigon Restaurant:
The restaurant offers a limited variety Of very tasty and inexpensive Vietnamese food. I recommend strongly spring rolls. Every day there is a deal for a different kind of food and all other menu items are available. The service is very fast and a limited seating is available. Nice people. View all feedback. What Melisa Torphy doesn't like about One Saigon Restaurant:
I paid $15. I counted a maximum of 7 pieces of beef. For this price you can get double, even triple, the part served here. Soup base is actually quite good. Just hope that the owner can increase the part at his price. The section is unacceptable small View all feedback.

I looked through some noodle, ramen, and pho places nearby and most seemed similarly rated.

read moreThe restaurant received mixed reviews, with some customers pointing out the small portions and lack of flavor in certain dishes, such as the veggie pho. However, others praised the quality of the food, friendly service, and quick service. The grilled beef sub and chicken curry soup were highlighted as good options, despite some shortcomings. Overall, the restaurant was considered a good value for money, with delicious and affordable Vietnamese food, making it a hidden gem in downtown Vancouver.
Best vegetarian pho ever. Delicate broth, lots of veggies! Salad rolls were very fresh. Beef pho was also excellent.
