Description

Nuba Cafe offers a diverse menu suitable for both vegetarians and meat lovers. The ambiance is warm and friendly, with efficient service and enjoyable dishes like crispy cauliflower and lentil soup, along with flavorful hummus and baba ghanooj. Portion sizes are generous, and there are vegan and gluten-free options available. Despite a few minor disappointments, including overcooked falafel and dry potatoes, the overall experience is positive. The restaurant seems to have a loyal following and is worth a visit for a healthy and hearty Middle Eastern meal.

Had a great lunch here, with excellent gluten free vegan and just gluten free options, as well as a pretty extensive mocktail menu. Had the berry mocktail that was amazing. We also ordered the cauliflower, which was fantastic, and the chicken skewers with hummus. It's bright and vaguely retro, which is fun. Service was knowledgeable, but a little slow at the busy lunch hour. Just a note that it's a little hard to find the sign is tucked into the entrance overhang not easy to see. Worth looking for it, though.

The service was friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious. My partner and I both ordered the vegan house special plate, and the cauliflower was especially tasty. I had the roasted potatoes while my partner had the brown rice, and we enjoyed every bite on the plate. The price was $19 each.

They even had gluten free craft beer. Food and service were both amazing.

Not a completely veggie place, but there were a good amount of vegan items on the menu to choose from. I had the Najib's Special...omg, best cauliflower ever! It comes with a nice serving of houmus, salad, and pita breads. I had the Turkish coffee after and it was amazing and done right, not an easy thing to find after some let-downs in Europe.
