"Nook" restaurant has always been known for its good food, but a recent incident left diners questioning if there was a change in management policy or miscommunication with the staff. Despite some unusual interactions with the waiter and a surprising surcharge for cheese on pasta, the overall experience was still enjoyable. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious menu options, including homemade pasta, pizza, and gluten-free dishes. The wait staff is friendly and accommodating, making the dining experience pleasant. While there may be a wait for a table due to the small size of the restaurant, the quality of the food makes it worth it. Overall, "nook" offers a great dining experience with a cozy atmosphere and excellent Italian cuisine, making it a popular spot for locals and visitors alike.

Was Jodie Moen at Nook a mag?
We had a lovely family dinner at this restaurant! It was close to our Hotel! But if it wasn't it would be worth the trip! Excellent Italian food! We shared a sharing plate and pizza! A bottle of red wine and coffee to top it off! Excellent from start to finish! View all feedback.
What Κυπρούλα Σάββα dislikes about Nook:
Nasty bartender when we had a third person join us and we wanted to move to other side of the bar. The bartender was yelling us!!!! Seriously??? Manager (Linda) did nothing. Why does this man still have a job??? We are locals with an out of town visitor...don't subject yourselves to this.... View all feedback.
Yelp reviews stirred my interest for this restaurant that indeed lives up to its name in tablesBut that's the ONLY thing small about Nook.
Unfortunately, I didn't get any photos here but I will write about my experience.
Nooks a loud seemingly bar/pizzeria place just off Vancouver's primary restaurant area off of Robson on Denman. Atmosphere wise, it's a little too loud and
Visited nook for dessert! Both desserts were amazing. Cappuccino was okay but correctly priced. The wine list looks awesome though I didn't try any, it's very diverse!
One weekend night, my boyfriend and I were searching on Google for a restaurant that could satisfy our taste buds. ?We were craving an Italian style cuisine, and we landed on Nook on Denman in Vancouver. We've seen the restaurant before but had never tried it.As we walked inside the restaurant, we noticed how upbeat and friendly the staff were. Even if it was near closing time. ?Nook is small but cozy. The restaurant itself is lit dark with music that makes your heat beat!? The servers are also polite and social. The food of course is amazing ?We ordered the Housemade Sausage Pizza for $26 and the Rigatoni Boscaiola for also $26. Beautiful presentation and extremely delicious!
