We shared a sh... read more We had a lovely family dinner at this restaurant! It was close to our Hotel! But if it wasn't it would be worth the trip! Excellent Italian food! We shared a sharing plate and pizza! A bottle of red wine and coffee to top it off! Excellent from start to finish!

Not so to... read more My mother was Italian and always cooked from fresh ingredients at home, because of this I'm often disappointed when eating out at Italian restaurants. Not so tonight. We stumbled in by chance and suddenly found ourselves back home; simple dishes with high quality ingredients. Between us we had the rocket salad with shaved parmesan, the special pizza of the day, the pasta with Campenella sausage and fennel seeds and the gnocchi with mini meatballs. Couldn't fault any of it, pasta freshly made and the gnocchi was as good as I've had in a long long time. This is a small cosy restaurent and seating for 5 was difficult so we had to sit at the bar. This is turned out to be fun as we got to watch some of the food being prepared on top of which the staff were engaging and interesting to chat to. Booking ahead seems to be advisable. Can't recommend enough.

There are excellent gluten-free ve... read more We greatly enjoyed our salami and olive pizza and pasta with pesto (all the pasta and sauces are made in house from scratch). There are excellent gluten-free versions of all the pasta dishes for my father. The wine by the glass was also excellent. We had a wait for a table for four (most tables in the restaurant are for couples), but the gracious wait staff gave us an accurate estimate. We ended up taking seats at the bar, where we received excellent service.

We've seen the restaurant before but had never tried it.As we walked inside the restaurant, we noticed how upbeat and friendly the staff were. Even if it was near closing time. ?Nook is small but cozy. The restaurant itself is lit dark with music that makes your heat beat!? The servers are also polite and social. The food of course is amazing ?We ordered the Housemade Sausage Pizza for $26 and the Rigatoni Boscaiola for also $26. Beautiful presentation and extremely delicious!
