New Mother India Cuisine - Vancouver

Horrible experience. I used to be in customer service so i tend to be polite when I call with complaints. So even after an hour and a half of waiting i was will to be nice about it. I called and spoke to someone that put me through to a manager who said it should only be another 5 minutes. 10 minutes later i called back and was slightly upset. I was interrupted, given bad excuses about the rain and was barely given a chance to speak before receiving deeply rude responses and attitude. I responded that i really didn´t care - and was about to say that i just wanted an apology. But no, the person i was speaking to said and i quote ´If you don´t care don´t order´ So i wont be. Now about 2 minutes later the delivery man arrived. He at least was very apologetic - i still didn´t tip. I now had very little time to eat and i didn´t really eat it. The butter chicken was mediocre but edible. The naan with potatoes was actually inedible - and after 1h 40 i´ll pretty much eat anything. The fried cheese was cold - tasteless and also inedible. 30 dollars and almost 2 hours later i was angry, still hungry and bitterly disappointing.

I would like to give them more (for taste) but the price/amount ratio was ridiculous_So I ordered through delivery and I went for a platter.
