Contribute FeedbackNando's restaurant in Canada received mixed reviews. Customers complained of long wait times, poor service, and disappointing food quality. Some found the pricing expensive for what was received. However, others enjoyed the perfectly cooked chicken and friendly service. The restaurant was noted to offer delicious food at a good price, but inconsistencies in quality and service were mentioned. Overall, Nando's was recommended for a casual lunch but needed improvement in terms of wait times, service, and food quality.
Chose to come here as my daughter loves going to Nando's in England. Unfortunately it was the worst meal we have had in Canada. There was no one available to seat us, the queue to be served took about fifteen minutes as there was only one member of staff taking orders , and the food took about thirty minutes to arrive. When it did we noted that the chicken and halloumi wraps mostly consisted of salad rather than chicken and halloumi like in England. A simple request for water was not delivered either. If the restaurants in England were like this one it would never have taken off the way it has and would not be be one of my daughter's favourites. In fact it could have put her off of Nando's now altogether as it has for me and my husband.
The best chicken you can get with a great selection of sauces. This one is a simple strip center behind McDonald, but will satisfy.
Chicken was perfectly cooked and service was very good. Staff made sure that we got our food on time and periodically checked on us to see if we needed anything else. Priced right, too.
We tried eating here as it was walking distance from our hotel. Purchased half chicken meal with sides of spicey rice, fries
Where to start! The chicken was perfectly cooked, potatoes flavourful, and the salad delicious! The staff was welcoming and attentive, and service was so quick! Will definitely be back.
